Limited number of HD channels being received

Can a member help with my problem please.

My fortec passion will only receive a limited number of hd channels, which include servus (astra 19.2)
luxe, m2 (eurobird 9) and various sport channels on (badre).
zdf, arte, das erst, einsfestival & puls (astra 19.2) are not available in hd.
However, I can receive them all on my panasonic tv via it's own built in sat tuner.
I have tried putting these channels in manualy but to no avail.

Which software version is your receiver using at present? Versions below I think v.1.44 had problems resolving the channels you mention. Later version (v.1.45) corrected the problem.

Of course, if you can't scan the channels in at all, as mentioned check you are using the latest transponder frequencies.

many thanks for your help re: fortec passion. I carried out a software update as you suggested and I am now able to receive the missing hd channels.
