No problem as long as you make sure the switch will deliver a high enough output as the losses will be in excess of 17.5dB @ 2GHz. Take note to the maximum IF output level of the switch. Don't forget slope correction.

sorry i didn't see about the runs.
the best way would be probably be the multi switch,
some multiswitches have amplifiers built in the inputs so one can increase or decrease each line from the lnb or uhf inputs from regular antennas.
sky channels probably will not need amplifies much for the loss astra 2 d for the bbc probaly will.
