I have heard that linux receivers made in China are fitted out with decoder equipment that does not need encryption cards to watch any satellite chanel , If this is correct who supplies these sat receivers.I have not been able to locate one at present.

If only that was true...

No matter what receiver you get you will still need the 'control word' to unscramble the image, this control word can come from an emulator using some keys, a cardsharing source over a network or a valid subscription card but there is no decoders that can simply output decrypted channels with no control word
