Hello

I have read the threads on this topic and not managed to find an exact answer to my questions.

I am in the North West of England. I currently have a FTA receiver with a 80cm dish pointing at 13E and 19E (in one dish). It is not possible to motorise, add another dish or change the direction to another satellite (eg 5E) :(. So I have to salvage whatever I can watch on this current setup. Infact I cant even get sky (UK) due to physical restrictions.

I would like to know if splashing out for a new funky receiver setup, would allow me to watch live matches on these two stalletites. I will also consider a subscription to a package if it is good.

checking http://www.satfootball.com/ & http://www.knplogic.co.uk/sport/ shows that Premiere and Canal+ would show a decent amount of games. I believe both of these are on the satellites I have.

The new receiver setup I was thinking of was a
1) Dreambox (using some emu)
2)Other good receiver with dragon magic modules etc
both of these are going to cost £300+, so I need to justify that to the wife :D

so my questions , given the restrictions of my current setup, what can I manage to watch on these two satellites (ie manage to open them ;) ) and which of my identified solutions (or other) would give me the best coverage/value etc.

my priorities are English football,Football, films and general (english language) and prOn :-ohmy

Many thanx
