Local network disconnect

Hi! I've a DM800 HD and since last week it has been disconnecting from internet (no fix time).
I've checked the internet cable, the router configs.. but the problem still continues...

Then, after it disconnects, if i wait a certain time it connects again...

Can you help me??

So, has anything notable changed in the last week?

ie Any noise-producing electronic equipment newly installed or relocated in the immediate vicinity that could be affecting any part of the system?

Are you able to use a Web Browser during the times the DM disconnects, or is the entire Broadband Connection down?
 
No, nothing strange happened... During the time it is disconnected i can't use the web browser access...
 
So it isn't just the local network, but a wider "fault".

Drop-outs are normally caused by poor connections between Router and "Exchange" (wherever the ISPs terminal equipment is) or by local degradation due to interference.

No idea how your Portuguese Broadband is constructed, though!

Do you have close neighbours who might have some noisy electronic kit?

In UK, it's often stuff like Sky Boxes that chuck out the worst rubbish (and not just the Programmes!) that can affect Internet integrity (chiefly by coupling into copper cabling).
