I scanned all available frequencies from 7,3*W and compared data to what I was getting about 1,5 month ago. Not a big difference in average signal level. 4 frequencies do not show sign of life (red), and one appeared (green). This is 1,2m Delta Star dish with IBU located in Brussels. After scan there are 797 services (do not know how many are watchable).
