Hmmmm.

It depends on what you asked the company to do.

If it was just to align the dish they may have done just that.

But if you asked them to sort it out and they haven't checked the LNB (usually by replacement really) then you may have a case.
 
They set up the dish and the guy also did something regarding the LNB because he said that the LNB was working. I'm beginning to get annoyed with the damn thing now.
