I'm new to this forum and I'm from Malaysia.
I've recently obtain a Dreambox DM500s (I believe this is a clone from China). I've a motorised actuator attached to the satellite dish and the hardware appears to be running fine. Someone came and installed it for me a couple of days ago. It was working fine then. However now all the channels have disappeared.
What should I do? Could someone please advise.
