After weeks of a Portland test screen a channel has started. The logo Luxury Life pops up between programmes, so It's probably Luxury Life ;)

Not really new anyway as Luxury Life ceased off 28E a few months ago.

I don't have a pc card with a satellite tuner so I took a picture with my mobile phone. It's defenitely a new channel (for weeks a portland test card) and very likely it's Luxury Life because between programmes the Luxury Life logo shows.
