Hello.

Can somebody point me to a liknk or FAQ about the Magic Cam module ?
Just got one , with Penta Software ( that I know because it comes on the screen).
What can I do with this module ?
What can I decode ?
How can I programm it ?

Go to the forum section entitled Magic Module and do some reading of all the threads there, it is all in there and there is too much to put in a single post. failing that try this link and select English www.magictractance.nl Needless to say though you will have to buy a programmer and there have been recent posts about those as well

Got the link , works fine , thank you.
Now one more.

The MM CAM is programmed with Penta 1.09 on it. (Don't have a CAS interface or the programming interface YET so I can't update but this is not the point here)
I also got a Funcard and programmed it with 6in1.

Now the question is .... what do I do next ?
Should I just stick the card in the module

Nothing should be set in the receiver ? (Dreambox 7000)

If I go on the Common Interface menu , I have 3 options : Init , Reset and Dreamload.

Your link is just a plot to get your own back on me cos it doesn't take me very far just a white screen with an xmas santa and ???
however you now seem to be talking dreambox.
Take it away boys, whilst being a Linux user at work and understanding a percentage of dreambox posts could not in all honesty help you further jax perhaps admin could now move this to the dreambox forum!!!
