Manhattan Receiver Switches Off

I have a Manhattan DSR-6500 VMP Satellite receiver that keeps rebooting. If I do a channel search it will search for a short while then reboot itself. Anyone got any ideas what the problem is please?

had the same problem with my skyline 3000 if i entred a new tp then done a search
it would boot and sometimes lose all data
problem solved by putting latest software on
hope this helps unless you have latest software
