I have a COMSTAR CS-8700PVR receiver updated with the last software at the site:

I'm facing a problem with the matrix reloaded cam that it doesn’t open the (STAR ACADEMY,arte, france5) but it open other channels at the hotbird, disbit I was try many vesions of MR (1080,110,112,…) . and I notes that the channel works on ICE CRYPT BLUE CAM charged with fun4 card.
I'll be grateful if any one help me to solve such a problem, and please support me with the tools for editing the UPD files, software for maintain & update the cam using the portable computer.
