hi,
i would like to know what are the difference between the 3 types of the matrix cam, and if i am going to buy one which one is the most preferable.

Welcome alipik
I'm afraid you'll have to read up on that in the approriate section I am sure there will be lots of information for you to absorb. Try doing a search for matrix then mrev MR etc. In a nutshell I think they are basically the same hardware with different implementations of software.

The Reborn CAM is the latest and has "commercial" support. Mrv currently has still support too but I would expect not for long the same way like it was the the MR. Commercial support is a bunch of guy's who make a living out of this by selling CAM's.

On the other hand you have the "free hackers" who still support the MR for instance without a financial interest.

I would buy the new CAM and when support drops you can still put on the MR soft since it works on that CAM too. There are some differences on the new CAM like Conax Emu and Swiss (SRG) key AU. But otherwise the are all much the same.

matrix cams are very well known and very well respected the only thing you have to do is trust your own initiative( i have mrel mrev drag + many more cams+ cards) he who dares wins
