Hi All, have a maximus programmer from Mrpcb, had it a few years, but all I keep getting now is sync error, when try to prog a funcard. jumpers and cable ok any ideas out there?

I had the same symptoms, I replaced the 16 pin chip, now it's good as new.

I have the same problem but the chip has had its id sanded off. What did you replace it with ?
