Help Required Mediaset Channels Missing

Hi, I have no idea what I am doing..I need help. I have a Samsung qled and i bought a cam tivusat 4 k to watch Italian tv but I can’t make it work even if it’s been registered and the customer support confirmed is active.
I can see rai and some other italian channels but not mediaset.
Any idea what I should do.

How are you viewing these channels ? Via satellite @ 5 west or 13 east ?
 
Do the Mediaset channels appear in the channel list?

I hope you mean hotbird 13 E. sorry if I m talking rubbish…
This is the situation, I called the building engineer who came to check that our dish was fine and received receptions. Apparently everything works fine. But I can’t watch all the channels on my tivusat cam that I insert behind the tv…
Again, sorry if this is not clear
 
On the television what options are available in the satellite tuning menu?
 
Many years back the Mediaset channels were encrypted for part of the day for copyright reasons. Tuning again later woulld then bring them in.
 
I think I need to call someone to come to my place and have a look as I have no idea
 
mediaset always codes its programs because it is part of the satellite TV circuit
maybe only channel 5 is free to air
Rai has been broadcasting free-to-air for some time even though it is part of the satellite TV circuit
you have to see if you have stored the ch on the tp 11432 V 29900 on the TV
if so then you have to call the satellite tv caal center and get a new activation pulse sent to you
but you have to go to ch channel 5 to be activated
it takes from 5 minutes to a few hours, usually it is fast

if you have not entered this frequency on your TV, you have to enter it by hand
and then store the tp
 
exact enter the data I wrote to you and store
if this tp is not present in the TV database

Yes on that New Transponder page go to (if it already exists) or add:

Frequency: 11432
Symbol Rate: 29900
Polarisation: Vertical

And then scan it with 'Channel Type' set to 'All'.

These are the channels you should be able to receive with a Tivusat CAM & card:

Hi Anto, I have Bought the cam card tivusat 4k, my friend has the same on a Sony tv and she is able to see all the channels on the card..
 
it is not said that on your tv this cam card works, at least you can see the rai channels of the satellite tv package ??? because if you don't see the rai channels that are encoded it means that your cam doesn't work !! is the cam inserted properly in the SLOT?
