The FCC recently issued a license for the docking of the MEV-1 to the Astra 3B satellite.

MEV-1 indeed was undocked from Optus D3 (near 156°E) already on August 12.
The MEV-1 TLE suggests it is still docked to Optus D3, which is incorrect.

This FCC application of June 18 mentions a relocation of MEV-1 from 156°E to 141°W (without docking).
I suppose it is overruled now that Astra 3B docking came into the picture.
 
In reality, the 141°W position is a parking slot. Requests have also been made for it regarding the future MRV-1 and MEP 1, 2, and 3. I believe the previous request for 141°W will be disregarded.
