missing CH4

Hi Guys...
Bought a sky digibox and active card to get the freeview channels a few weeks back....went on hols last week and came back to find CH4 and 5 gone..I can still get the ITV channels 1,2 and 3...anybody got any ideas.

If you had the box switched off at the mains, then you will probably have to leave the card in over night to get the channels back.
 
Right again rolfw...left it on overnight and all's well..

If you'd left it switched off bit longer then ITV would have gone too. They all come back after a night switched on though.
