Missing Channels

New Here

Need a bit of info/help/ideas, Weds/Thurs i lost itv3/itv4/itv2+1,, Today i lost all remaining itv channels +Dmax and Quest Red, Quest HD still good, have the channels ive lost gone HD only now, if so where are they, ive done every possible type of scan i can and ive put every frequency ive found on the net for said missing channels with zero results, its not a receiver/lnb problem, i get all my other channels vert or hori ok with decent signal/quality with a 3mtr dish here in sweden on 28.2, so any ideas out there please,

Are all four polarity/bands working ?

What is the LNB and what other low signal satellites can you get with the dish ?

LNB is an Invacom SNF-031 Universal Single LNB 0.3dB C120 flange, i have all the channel 5s all the channel 4s, all the BBCs HGTVs, pbs america,true crime, legend, Stop Press, just had a look and all back except itv3 itv4 itv 2+1. nope gone again, seems if i reboot the box they come back except the 3 i mentioned untill i change channel and they go again untill i restart the TM 5402 M4 which is a week old now. you lost me on the 4 polarity bands, thought astra just used vert and horizontal, and no LH/RH Circular polarization

BBC HD on 10818v work and itv on 10906v dont, CH4s on 10936v work, restarts wont get the missing channels back now,

Just setup the old TM 5402 M2 and all channels work, so must be the new M4 at fault, but what could cause this, it switches H/V ok so no clue this end, done a full reset still the same, so before i go to all the grief of sending this back to the uk, any clue as to what i could look out for, just seems a bit strange to me.

yeah i saw that, but as in my last post, channels ok on the TM 5402 M2 but not on the new M4, they have been working but these last 2 days gone missing
