Advice Needed MK918 known also as CS918 android tv box

I have a bricked MK918 known also as CS918 android tv box.
It used to work perfect, until one day, on switch on, I was prompted to enter a password for decrypting storage.
Any one has had this problem please and a solution ?
I never did root or set any password.
