hello everyone, is there a mobile version of this site that will work on the new nokia 3310?

I use the Mobile Site on my Android Tablet, using Adblock Browser.

It's fine.

I was obliged to try that solution when the Tapatalk functionality was withdrawn.

That Nokia device is an attempt at retro, though, is it not? In which case, I can't give you a definitive answer.

Do you already have the device, or is it on a Wish List?

i have the device

In which case, surely you can check whether the device points to the Mobile version of our Site or the Desktop version?

I think it would be more to do with the screen resolution of the retro mobile

Certainly I cannot load up any internet with the Nokia 2330, but if the retro device has a screen similar to say the slightly newer 6300, then yes you should get the site(s) to work.

I cant see the point of trying to surf any pages at all on such a toy screen

^^^^^^

Well hopefully we'll find out soon ..... he's had over an hour to find out ;)

same screen size as the 6300 so it should work

strange it wont let me on it... keeps timing out

Have you been Banned? :D

so is there a mobile address for this site

No. Most Phones and Tablets will automatically point to the Mobile site seamlessly. Same URL.

sucks that i am unable to access it, oh well ill try in a different area

From the reviews its barely worth bothering with the internet on that phone. The 2G connection will take forever to l0ad any feature rich content (which these days is virtually any web page thanks to all the additional stuff that is loading in addition to the actual content.

8F394E70-69B7-4FD1-A481-4991F7CD7C7F.webp Yes, waste of time on 2G and needs to be a smart phone for the forum software to recognise that you’re using a mobile device. This is how it appears on my iPhone.

What we really need is Tapatalk back....
Probably wouldn't work on that phone and in any event, it isn't worth risking the forum security, it's a dodgy app.

well someone on this forum used tapatalk on a 3310 :unsure
