This is how I've mounted my dish. It faces due south. Monoblock is new - some problems getting decent signals so far. I think I may have connected it incorrectly. Any hints greatly appreciated. Connected to Lidl SL55 for over a year now.
Enjoy.

To get a better signal you need to push the lnb towards the dish as much as possible. I can see from the pictures that the lnb is only half way.

You have the wrong feed in the lnb holder. The dish needs to be aligned on Hotbird and the monoblock slightly tilted upwards about 10 degrees: ie looking at the dish from the front the left hand feed needs to be clamped and the right hand one about 10 degrees higher.

I think that you need to re-write your post, surely you mean looking from the rear of the dish?:-doh!
Looking from the front of the dish the centre LNb is clamped and focused on Hotbird. The left hand (free) lnb will then be focused on 19*east, best with a slight tilt upwards.:)
