Advice Needed Mounting a large dish on a "mobile" mount

Someone (possibly several people?) in the UK has a large dish on a "mobile" mount so that it can be wheeled in and out of the garage as required - so, can anyone point to the relevant thread?

That was an awesome build, outstanding fabrication work by a satellite hobbyist. I have wanted a MAG drill ever since I saw one in use in that mobile mount project.
