Moving Card to a New Box

Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to move a card to a new box? My old box has finally given up so I've bought a new one. Is a new card required or can Sky associate the existing card with the new box? The box is not in the UK so it's not connected to a phone line (was bought un-subsidised) .... will Sky update it over the air?

Yes Rhino, just get someone to call them from the UK, give them the information with regard to the new box (everyting on the system information panel) and they will re-marry the card.
