Multimo. No reception

I invested in a Multimo (dual LNB), attempting to reduce the amount of lugging I have to do with my caravan setup.
This device seemed to have excellent reviews, other than its price!
The problem I have is that I can set this up in the same position as my 55cm dish, same alignment etc and yet I cannot achieve enough reception for my box to work.
On a borrowed Minisat I was achieving about 6 on the graded scale, but could barely reach 2 with the multimo.
My question is/are:
Is this really a suitable alternative? Could the LNB be faulty (how would I know?)

Remember that it is a prime focus dish, so it's going to need pointing looking up in to the $ky about 25 degrees or thereabouts. I don't know if the dish is good enough, but they are supposed to work about as good as a minidish I thought, which would be OK in your area.

Yes, I'd noticed that I had to have greater elevation, but couldn't obtain high enough signal even then.
I'll try again another day, winds got up here!

Hi,
Yes got this working. I did find it very sensitive to minor adjustment and would recommend a solid mount before starting, I was trying to do this using a table top only.
Once set up it works fine and is much more portable than my usual set up.
