Hi.

A while ago i saw a satellite dish that had a massive arm attached that could hold about 16LNBs. the dish was like an oval shape. The dish had an inbuilt switching system.

I would like to get rid of my motorised dish as the wind is blowing it all over the place, my static dish is far more rigid and i think that this is due to the motor being the weak point.

does anyone know of a dish that does this? I would like to get 28, 19, 16,13, 9, 7 and 1west.

Toroidal T90.

You would need a dish called the Wavefrontier T90, it can do a span of 40 deg so should suit you fine.
Search for it on this forum, I have seen loads of info on it somewhere here.

edit: just beaten to it!

thanks very much. Are they any good? i am thinking of doing away with my motorised dish and either getting one of these or just get 3 dishes static (possibly just sky zone 2 dishes) on one pole 28, 19, 13 (with dual lnb to 16)

Do you think 3 zone 2 60cm would get 13, 16 19? i live in liverpool area. would it get 1west?

Getting fed up of the constant alignments!

I struggled with my zone 2 but it was fine when I added the Black Ultra

Whats a black ultra? and what sat did you struggle on?

A black Ultra should not work to its best on a Sky dish as its not illuminating the dish properly! :D

Works much better than the crappy Sky one ;)

And 16e is the one I struggled on. The other two are fine with mindishes

Do you get the weak Sesat 1 channels on that minidish? If so I need to do some work on my 1m dish!

Not much on Sesat, get practically everything else though

Satelliteman,
I was typing what I thought was first reply, but you are a faster typist!!

Yes but not without the odd typo ;)

A T90 would easily cover that range of satellites. Performs like and 80cm dish for the central LNB and maybe like a 70cm towards the ends of the guide bar.
