With my limited knowledge, I would say yes, but to prevent loss of signal you would be better fitting a twin LNB. I am assuming of course that you have two separate receivers.
Otherwise you could get a signal sender from one receiver to second TV.

Edit:
Ignore this post please, go to the answer Tivu gives next. I was wrong. Sorry.

No, you can't - If what you really mean is two Receiver/TV combos.

The LNB doesn't just pass incoming Channels to the Receiver, but also carries Band and Polarity switching signals from the Receiver.

If you split a feed, not only will you degrade the signal, but you will cause switching conflicts and possible damage to one or both boxes.

Each tuner requires a separate feed.

In theory it is possible to drive two inputs on 2 receivers providing only one receiver has control of the lnb ...and the channels you require on the second receiver are on the same band ...and indeed polarity ..
To do this you'd need a splitter which blocks the DC path on all but one input..
Not sure they still exist ..but they did once ..
alternatively you can put a DC block in line with the second receivers feed ..
These too once existed but I cannot confirm they still do ..
But keep in mind Tivus post regarding diminishing returns when a signal is split ..
The exact same result can be achieved by using the 'loop through' which most receivers have.
In a strong signal location ..this wouldn't be a problem ..
Tracking down such old hardware to do this might prove difficult..so fwiw ..perhaps the cheapest ..and less expensive route would be two cable runs ...and a dual lnb ..
..which would give both receivers full band and polarity control.
The only time I'd consider splitting the signal ..is if its difficult or impractical to run a second cable.

That is correct, a twin LNB.

Yes, but you might be advised to get a quad in case you ever need to feed more tuners eg PVR.

As Vipersan said above, there are ways to cope without separate feeds, but they're not terribly satisfactory really.
