my cas+3 will not work

hi can any one help i have cas3 which lights up and appears to work but will not format or reconize my diabol 2.3 cam i have tryed other cam and it does the same to them
i also have a t-rex and the same thing will not load, is my cas3 dead? can not get any help from duolabs can eny one help i am new to game

Hi dong414,
welcome to the forum.
I have moved your post to it's own thread, in a more relevant section.
Usually this problem is due to bent, or damaged, pins in the Cas 3 programmer, you can check on this by removing the outer casing and inspecting the pins to see if any have become bent.
Have you ever had your Cas 3 working?
Have you sucessfully programmed any cams before?
What Operating System are you running on your PC or laptop?
When you state that it lights up are you getting both the green and yellow lights on?

hi mickha thanks for your replyn my cas was working up to a month ago iam using widows xp pro yes all the lights are working when i try to for format or load a program the yellow light blinks like it is reciving data i have down loaded the latest duolabs software even whent back to 6.2c ver with out sucsess do you i will have to get a new cas or can it be repaired

If possible try a different USB cable, and USB port, if it still wont work try it on a different PC/Laptop.
Can you get access to the cam using the Common Interface Host option?
Start up the Cas studio software, click on the Utilities tab and Common Interface Host icon.
Is the cam still recognized in your receiver?
