Is that optical illusion or a fact that pole is not plumb? ScreenHunter_318 May. 26 22.35.webp
What about 85*E? It is 6* above the horizon at your place, maybe you can catch some signal?

I think it is an illusion as it's facing the camera at an angle.

Nice and tidy install. How's the stability of the dish at the top of the pole?

The problems or ... is not that great either

help
Problems or ...
Something wrong with the engine is all very shaky
The antenna seems too large

This motor is rubbish - sorry to say. You are much better off with a proper polar mount. You can just about get away with a Jaegar 1224 motor, preferably beefed up. However, I found that even that is not strong enough to handle this dish without wobbling in winds - especially in an exposed location like yours.

Check this thread Channel Master/Laminas 1.8m project

(below picture is not my setup but a few members here have it on just such an arrangement)

Laminas makes a PM specifically for this dish.
@Hakon has one, and its very satisfied with it. I'm sure you've already seen the thread:

Project Laminas AS 1800 motorised

But of course there are other PMs that may be adapted.

Yep and an Italian company also modifies them for extended reach:
