my dreambox do not connect to internet

need help with my connexion.ream box to

i plugged my dreambox to my pc and did a ping and there is response yes. tried with the dcc sofware and i have green light between dreambox and pc but no internet connexion.

i have internet on my pc + i have fta chanels on my dreambox but no connexion to network.

dreambox s my etting :
ip 192.168.1.101
netsmask 255.255.255.0
type lan
nameserver 192.168.0.100
gateway 192.168.100

setting of local network : tcp/IPv4
ip 192.168.1.100
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.101

i checked share connexion + inchecked dhcp

so ping positif but no connexion to internet

using windows 7

please help

Something missing from your gateway IP. Also, apart from the last part of the IP all IP's on the lan should correspond to each other. You can't have 192.168.0 for one device and 192.168.1 for another. They must be the same.

thank you my friend for the quick response but i did correct the IPs adress by putting 1 in all adresse in dreambox and in my pc but still no connexion to internet.

this think is driving me crazy, i missing something in this set up because i have internet connexion on my pc and chanels on my dream box but when i check the connexions it says i have pc to passerel ( we have connexion but from passerel to internet i have red X)

still need help my friends
 
Fiesrt you need to decide which device allocates addresses on the lan. This should be either the pc OR the router.

Everything must have it own unique address on the lan so double check to make sure everything has a unique address.

If you have a router log into its admin panel to see what connected and what all the addresses are.

Are you desperate to get this working because you have bought the 500 with a paid for card share pre installed in it by any chance??
 
I'm a bit confused here. Why is the Dreambox plugged into the PC? It should be plugged into the network directly, either the router or an access point, but not a PC.
 
hey m8.i have recently bought a new dreambox dm 500s but i want to see paid channels like digitalb, tring etc. i have installed cccam but i ont know what to do next to decrypt those channels.thanx in advance.waiting for your response
 
You need a valid subscription :D

There is no way to watch them for free these days
 
Hi,
I’m also need some help to configure my DreamBox 500S. Details are as follow:
1. Laptop is connected to internet via USB Modem ( Huawei Mobile Broadband E182E )
2. In Network Connections I have shared this connection to Local Area Connection.
3. LAN config is:
a. IP: 192.168.0.1
b. Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
c. DNS Server: 192.168.0.1
All other fields are blank.
4. DB config are:
a. IP: 192.168.0.12
b. Netmask: 255.255.255.0
c. Nameserver: ***.***.***.*** (DNS from ISP). I have also tray with 192.168.0.1
d. Gateway: 192.168.0.1
e. Port: 80
5. Ethernet cable used between laptop and DB it is straight. I know it should be cross, but my laptop knows to do the cross by it self. More, I can access the DB from Mozilla by typing IP: 192.168.0.12. This make me think it is not cable the issue.

Do you have any suggestions that could help?
