Excellent to see you finally got it working, ( just been reading the other thread):)

For a motor, you will need to make sure it's vertical, and not wobbly as well.

Nice set up, however I wouldn't attempt to install a motor on the pole. I'd find myself looking at the weather forecast daily in case of severe wind :-rofl2

The mast needs to be more supported for a motor system.

Enjoy 1W :D

Yeah i know.

Im looking to add a motor in a month or so but will make sure the actual set up is more stable by them.

At the mo it is great though.

1W working fantastic. Got footie fine, which is what i wanted it for !

excellent, i take it you have diablo cam too :)

Thats a nice install - well done ash :)

Can you fill your equipment list in correctly in your profile now (atm it reads hello :D )- it makes answering questions far easier!

Which way does the cable run? Along the fence or up to the garage?

Glad you got it sorted !

Looks good...

I couldn't believe what a patio mount can cost at a certain online sat shop with that level of solidness providing it's bolted together and bolted down...

Price up one or more 3' x 2' paving slabs (really not that dear) and some (free) hardcore for underneath... try water to weigh it down....... in a large plastic plant tub

Along the middle of the garden !

Haha really need to tidy it up and put it down the side of the fence!

:-rofl2

If you put it along the fence you could bang a couple of 4 foot fence posts into the ground by the fence and bolt the pole to that - Ive got a couple set up like that and it works fine :)
