I bow to your far superior knowledge but I was advised that its best to have wind pressure 'face on' to the dish and less to the LNB arm
to remain in focus. Not sure of the 'physics' of this one. Would appreciate views

Well, besides having the Brackets nuts really secured (to the Pole and Motor) and having the Dish facing the least resistance to the prevailing wind there is not much you can do, But one thing you can definitely do, and that is to mark with a permanent Marker the Brackets to the Pole and Motor Tube, and anywhere else you think fit, so that you can always go to your Original markings if the wind moves your Dish.
You could use a stronger steel pole (scaffold) rather than an alloy one, as the nuts can be done up tighter as the pole wont crush. Its no guarantee, but should help.
