DEFINITELY NOT asking for BISS codes OR how to find them - but typically how often do most broadcasters update them?

That all depends on the type of broadcast some update within 6 months some change them every day,
No keys allowed here.

TV Corner in France are reliable & fairly quick supplying. The base sub level is fine. The only issue Ive found is Automoteur is one of 4 or 5 BIS services that locks up this TM5402, so I havent renewed my sub atm.You will need the cam or a receiver - using the card in an unauthorised receriver risks having it permanently deactivated.

Audio is in French or Turkish, no English
 
The frequency tonight is 11069 H 7500 on 10 east biss encrypted I am unable to lock onto this with a 100cm dish tonight despite some mechanicle adjustments I will have to look at it tomorrow.
