A lovely night here in Sheffield clear skies the moon shining and watching the bats flying around, unfortunately there to fast for a picture but great to watch :).

Just yesterday, on another forum, one user posted his pictures which I liked. There are some screenshots (hope he do not mind I post them here): he took them by Canon Iso250,400 F5, 6.3 exp. 2, 1.6 sek. Flash: stroboskop

I asked that guy and he e-mailed me more pictures of his bats. And, BTW, it is usually only one bat on each picture, but because of stroboscope it is flashed several times.

The Buddleja bush is still producing dividends, Peacock, Tortoiseshell and a tatty Silver-washed Fritillary, plus a Marsh tit hogging the peanuts on the feeding tree.
