During the September 25, The autumn conference program of the nc + platform, Vice President of Marketing, Jacek Balicki, has announced the introduction of the nc + first 4K Ready - UltraBOX + decoder. The nc + platform as the first broadcaster in Poland will provide its customers with sports broadcasts using 4K technology. As announced, the 4K Ready - UltraBOX + decoder will be introduced to the nc + platform in the first half of November 2017. Platform customers will also see the first 4K quality sports events soon The 4K Ready - UltraBOX + decoder will deliver 4K content. Like all modern nc + decoders, the UltraBOX + will be able to connect to the internet and gain access to the VOD and nc + GO TV library, which has over 6,000 movies, serials and programs on demand. With access to movie rental directly on the decoder, movie fans will also be able to see the latest cinematic productions on the TV screen, even before the premiere on TV. If the productions will be available in 4K quality and the decoder will be connected to an appropriate bandwidth, the 4K Ready decoder will reproduce the quality content of both the nc + GO TV The 4K Ready UltraBOX + will also incorporate Multirecording and will allow up to three programs to be recorded at the same time, while watching the fourth live (provided the antenna is installed in Unicable or Wide-Band). Using the same converter, the decoder will gain another "Fast Zapping" functionality, which will ensure very fast switching between channels.
