I've heared that Stream is going to replace Videoguard with NDS. Does anyone know anything about it?

I think you're getting a bit muddled.

NDS is to Videoguard as Seca is to Mediaguard.
I.E. NDS is the name of the commercial group that delops/owns the encyption system called Videoguard.
The Italian Stream group and the UK BSkyB group are two of NDS' customers.
