Need a working setup for Sky it + DM8000

I managed to get a skybox and tried the card..no clear channels!
Called the seller who promised me to reactivate the card for me..it has been days and he stopped answering my emails and calls)(-red

Is there a way to call the customer service from outside Italy and activate the card?
The 800 number is not possible nor the 199100400. I tried calling using land and mobile phones. any ideas?

I can move on and buy another card from another seller. there is a promotion for 6 months @ 80 euros or 12 months @ 384 euros. Card need to be activated before the promotion ends on 30.6.11. I don't know if I can put the link here or is it against the rules.

On the whole it's not a good idea to give publicity to third-party Sky card providers. You seem to have had problems with your original seller. Anybody who wishes to obtain a card can always search online for what they consider is a good deal.

Don't know how you go about contacting Sky from where you are if you don't have a relative in Italy.

Interesting, I am in the same neck of the woods as you and have SLy HD receiver. 093b card, but am too scared to run it in anything but the official receiver due what seems to be card attacks if not fitted in official receiver.
Are you still using just your DB8000 for all updates?
Do you know what version your card is ?
Any 9994 card errors ?

Stay with the official box for now.
My card was attacked and locked. error 9994
My supplier did not replace it for me.:mad:

I am done with Sky it.

Pity, would loved to have used my Vu+ solo

Hopefully some new softcam will be written to overcome these attacks.
