I have an Embrasat BR-3200 Prime Focus dish (3,2 meters ) and I'd like to upgrade the lnbf (I have no idea what brand/model my current lnbf is but it looks kinda crappy) to improve my reception since I'm having problems now.
I was able to receive Echostar 8 (Ku band) without any problems before it was replaced by Echostar 11. Now however I can't receive Echostar 11 at all. My installer has since realligned the dish to receive Echostar 3 (EchoStar 3 at 61.5°W 12239 L - 12661 R) but I can only receive a couple of transponders since my roof and a palm tree are now covering 1/3 to 1/2 of the Dish. I will probably relocate the dish but I'd like to upgrade the lnbf at the same time. Can anyone suggest what I should upgrade/buy exactly? What else can be improved? I'm open to any suggestion.
