Need help with 13e FTA channel

On another site in saw this

is now transmitted Free To Air (12265.00MHz, pol.V SR:27500 FEC:3/4 SID:3104 PID:333/100 Polish,102 English).

But tuned there and cannot find the sucker, am i missing anything ?
