Need help with my reciever

my PC: Hp Pavilion t3331.de with Windows Xp

Can anybody help me?
I bought a cheap reciever (SCHWAIGER DSR 520 P) for my son and connected it with the TV and and the satellite dish but I can't get any Astra programm or any else.
I started a scan with my reciever but it doesn't find anything.
 
Well without knowing what you have previously had working with this dish/lnb combination, it is difficult to know where to start.
Have you read the dish setup threads?
Have you tried another stb on the dish lnb setup?
