Need receiver advice.

Can i have your money?
My Satellite Setup
Dont have none yet.
My Location
Europe
Just need cheap digital receiver to watch free channels (without decoder), but must have port for connecting decoder if i change my mind later.
Also shiold have DVB and MPEG encodings (and should convert this stuff for analog tv) and way to connect with PC, DiSEqC 1.2 (at least), dont need any other features dont even need stereo sound. And most important price in 150$ hard limit, better if less.

Also it should be able to work with all european satellites.
