4-will Dragon/T-rex CAMS work with sky or i will have to get sky crypt CAM?

hello,
its good to know what is the bottom line and what are you trying to receive.
here are some amswers that i know others will have to be answered by others.
some satellites may not be received where you are.

1...a 1.8 meter offset usually works like a 2 meter prime.there are many types.
2...a prime focus will need a c120 lnb and feed horn an offset will not.
3....sky uk card must be mated up with the sky box id. so having the card will not work with any box unless it is mated up with a box id.
so first you need a sky box id, then you need the card mated with the box, then you can have like a dream box with the same id of the sky box and it will w
work no problem.the sky subscription will cost you more than what it costs in england.
4...unknown
5...unknown
6 what is this for iptv are you going to stream tv shows to others?remember you can do only one channel at a time so if you are watching a movie you are all watching the same movie.
7... there are many that offer most of what you need

I think you will find maximum dish size allowed in Egypt is 2.4 which will not be large enough to receive Astra 2D - i.e. no BBC or ITV channels

The only way to obtain them without having access to a UK address is via online retailers or auction sites - In the UK they cost £25 but expect to pay more online.

Dragon and TRex CAMs no longer work with the latest Sky cards. Diablo CAMs work with all but the premium channels (i.e. not Movies or Sports). Some multicrypt card readers with the appropriate software work on all channels in some "hobby" receivers such as Openbox S9 and S10 and many Linux based receivers.

Well the try our sponsors didnt work perfectly because i couldnt find certain inverto lnbs and certain receivers also many other equipment specially some dishes
However they are good at cams ,cam programmers and blank cards

i wonder what is a hosted sky uk card for ~ 200 BP ?!!!

which is better humax icord hd+ 1TB or humax Foxsat HDR 2TB disregarding hard disk space?

Is it impossible to get echostar 15 in egypt elevation -10 below horizon

Nope - theoretically its possible (after all thats just what astronomers do with their radio telescopes) but the cost of the engineering of the sub millimetric accuracy waveguides and stuff required would be prohibitive in a hobby setup.

Basically our Astra 2D is out of your range - you would need a huge dish, and would need no end of licences and paperwork in Egypt.
