I have a sky box with a dish but it is not working

Hi everyone

I need my sky fixed like asap. It is not working. The error message 29 keeps on coming up or searching for channel. My flat mate has sky (the free one) so you could just perhaps connect an a quad LNB but there is already a wire to my room. It is just a little fix. I live on the ground floor flat. But the sky is on the roof of the house - I live in a ground floor flat of a house or something like that.

So, what is wrong with yours that requires connection to another dish ?
