Recently my s*ca Mosc Card was ECMed by my provider. Trying to find the problem, i extract the card record from a paid subscription Mosc Card, i found that there is an additional line of information which was not there previously, that is index 0017 'seca PPv Record' shown below.


I am able to add PPV Credit Record or PPV Event Record into provider 01 using MKF but not seca PPV Record. Any ideas ? Thanks.
