I'm having the same problem. I think it's just waiting for the key and not responding. If I activate Oscam and with the correct key, it wakes up from that "sleep." The attached file shows the issue, and I had to force it to close.

The log message say:
tcp connect failed:Connection refused
that points to a problem with oscam.
Some transponders are incorrectly reporting the satellite they're on. How can I ensure that the channels found by the scan appear on the correct satellite?

I edited neumo.xml and changed the "priority" values to "debug". There were no changes in the log.

I reiterate, the program freezes if there is an encrypted channel. If I run OSCAM and it has the correct key, neumodvb continues normally; if OSCAM doesn't have the key, it remains frozen.
What else can I do to help solve this problem?

I am not sure what you expect: if "oscam does not have the key" (does this mean: "I do not pay for a subscription"?) then what do
you think will happen?
I am also not sure what you intent to show with this gdb output...
From your response I gather that you don't understand what we're trying to say when we write "it freezes" (nighthawk77 and I).
By "it freezes" we are indicating that the graphical user interface is unresponsive, you cannot change the channel, you cannot close the program, you cannot see the program guide, etc.
I'm trying to show that I've tried to find where the problem is.

That is one mystery solved? Did you try the latest version? I am not seeing such problems.
I tried the latest version.
I tried deleting the neumo folder.
The same thing happens on Debian 13 and Fedora 42.
In the attachment I posted earlier, you can see in lines 1839, 2029, 2074, etc. that it's trying to change the channel and it keeps searching for the keys to a previous channel when it should stop doing so if the channel is changed.
What else can I do?

Are you sure you are running the latest version?
I am not having this problem myself.
Provide log files for the latest version.

These appear when I try to change channels and when I use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+X it freezes.
I can never switch from a scrambled channel to any other.

Is this a typo?
Happens when try to scroll up or down. I fix it by manually removing that last letter in line and now works as expected!
I built Neumo without issues with these packages installed. Thanks to @manzaba
