New Gibertini 1.5 Dish

I must be mad o_O I have ordered a new 1.5 dish and polar mount.

xxxxxxxxx only has a couple left and is no longer selling these dishes, once they are gone.

I grabbed the 1.5 dish + polar mount + delivery for £450.35

Only thing is I have to wait until the 18th March.

The old 1.5 will go in one of the sheds for now.

Fingers crossed.
 
You lucky bugger, nice dish those and I keep getting tempted to buy one from Tony!
Whats the plan with this one?
 
I really need a working dish. Just like I had.

Maybe I need the lnb changer?

I didn't know he did the polar mount, I've been thinking about the 1.2m if I can't get a used fibreglass dish off ebay, not sure if it will be big enough for C band though.

I used to get a few channels on my 1.2 dish and that’s with the lnb. About 3° of prime position.

You probably won’t get to many watching channels but definitely locks depending on what takes your fancy.

Grab the other 1.5 dish quick then as it’s very limited stock, and I don’t know where else I could get one especially for that money.

HM Sat in Germany are doing a Gibi 1.5M for €309 and a polar mount for €49...the carriage might be quite steep though..

addendum : the supplier I use over here, 2 Galli, sells a Laminas 1.5M with polar mount for €690..

I'm interested in this dish, I have a feeling it might be a bit expensive though.
 
Wow, that's cheaper than I paid Hisat about 2 & half years(time flies) ago :eek:

Mind you his 'delivery charge' was a bit steep and included in the price.

Wonder if he's washed his van yet? :-lmao

Did he deliver it? Parcelfarce delivered mine, Tony must have bought a new fridge as my 1m Gibby came in a Samsung Fridge box, very well packed I will say though.
 
Yeah, he delivered it in his van, with about 5 years of dirt on it, no box but the dish was in mint condition.

Yeah you're not too far from him tbh, I'm quite some distance.

Except I was the last delivery, he went to the south coast, up to London, then onto me :eek:

That explains why he asked me "Do you want it straight away or do you mind waiting" I guess he would have got a load of orders in and
gone and delivered them lol. Not a bad idea!

There was a 2.3 DH on Ebay a while ago. He offered it to me for £450 but to big for my neighbours otherwise I would have had it. One of the best dishes going. I am going to get a 1.8 just for C band. I did think of waiting for a 1.2 Fibo and using for both C and Ku on the flat roof because i can get most sats then. C band in the garden is not so good.

WOW, nice but that's bigger than my house.
