On 11097V 23000 we have 21010 & 21040

21010 - London
21040 - Granada

Assuming we can expect a couple of new regions to start do we know which ones are next in the queue?
 
Wales? Yorkshire?
 
No chance of ITV Alicante, I assume. Would save them some money in the production costs of Benidorm!

Not Wales - that one already exists.

Meridian SE
Central West


Sooo, Yorkshire seems to be a possibility, as does Anglia or Tyne Tees. It certainly wont be Border - we will be one of the last ones to get done (if ever) as the population up here is miniscule. We currently get Granada HD - which means we get our local news in HD from 200 bloody miles away!

Same here in West Essex we get ITV-1 Meridian SE HD via VM cable when our Local News is on Anglia West via FreeView & FreeSat in SD :eek:

Still waiting for Anglia West HD here so I watch Anglia East HD atm does include some local news for Essex but not a good as Anglis West,

What makes me laugh is why we get ITV Meridian HD via cable here in Essex:-rofl2

Just as well that I rely on non subscription satellite TV for 90% of my viewing :D

We havent got the faintest idea. ITV seem to be setting up batches of three every 6 months or so. We just report what we find. We deal in facts, not speculation like some other forums.

At least you had a proper local ITV HD service from the beginning with Central West HD - up here we had Granada HD for years so our HD local news came from 200 miles away!
 
The plan is to update the regions that have real news first. Then move on to regions that have no real news. I.e. news about lost dogs and carers turning up late.

Speaking of regional TV, one of our Look East reporters had a hissy fit off-duty one day whilst visiting a restaurant. She's still with us :-rofl2
