"put the dish back up" ? how do u know its aligned, its not magic

If you're not using USALS, I assume that you're using Diseqc 1.2, in which case you need to manually store the positions.
Go into the Menu, Setup, Tuners, and use the motorized function, to move your dish, to each satellite, then, once the signal is peaked, store the satellite., on a unique number, and move to the next, until you've stored all the satellites, on different numbers.

You need to align the dish with a portable meter or non engima2 box such as a technomate. As you be hours otherwise relying Engima2 signal meter! As it doesn't update fast enough. Maybe download some channel lists and try U tv on 1w if you only got the vu.

All you need to do is as I have already posted above.
Go into the menu, Setup, Tuners and scanning, click on Tuner B, and set your satellites up, e.g. Astra 1 19.2E, LNB 1, Diseqc 1.2 and store at position 19, keep doing that for all your available satellites, stored at their satellite positions, then go into the motorized setup options, and move your dish, to the relevant satellite, like 19.2E, and when you've got the maximum signal quality, store it at position 19, then do the same with the rest.
It might take a few minutes, but once set up it will move the motor automatically, when you select a channel.

Getting there quietly got 19.2 e. with the rain and tragedy in the family had not had much time to do it will get there. Thank you for the replies
