Whta are the steps to download the latest software for Pace 430DSN. i HAVE THE FOLLWONG version:
PACE
model: 1.0.33
version: 9F0A0A
OPERATION VERSION: 1.2S4F3
EPG SOFTWARE VERSION: 3.2.11
I will be downloading from overseas, do I need to have the Sky card in the box or can I update without. Please advise excat steps how to download.

Providing you have a big enough dish to receive one the default channels then it will download automatically. There is more than one version depending upon your make and model so some boxes will be updated before the others. My Sony seems to be the last on the list for all the latest S/W!

However, if you have had the box disconnected for a while and think that you may have missed the update then you can force an update by unplugging the box from the mains. Wait a few seconds and then push the backup button on the box (NOT the remote) and plug the mains back in. Keep your finger on the button until a load of lights on the box come on.

Leave it alone until the lights go off and if there's an update available it should be loaded. If you have the box connected by scart lead you can keep track of the update on the TV.
