That clean thing loaded fine, but now when i switch on i get ER:07

Ive killed it havent I!
 
Don't worry, when you pressed start, turn on then off quickly.

Dear after you downloaded it 3 times
1- turn it off.
2- Load the new patch
3-press start
4-power on the receiver
 
ok i thought id killed it, hold on i'll try it
 
loaded it 3 times, and "Done" came up on the TV, but when I tryed to load the patch, "Model ID not matched" came up on the computer screen and ER:02 on the receiver
 
can you give all info : HW,SW and ID model?
 
what the one displayed in EMUpgrade?
 
my info is:


H/W: 0200
S/W: 1264
Model: D219

In EMUpgrade it says:

0200
1266
E224
 
Dear, when you download the cleaner DON'T power it on,DON'T plug it to tv.
Download directly the patch, before that you leave your place.
 
let me find something about your model id.
 
ok i will try again with the cleaner then

Still not sure what you mean, could you run through the steps again if possible
 
I managed to do the 3 times half thing and have loaded my backup of my original fimware on so the box isnt dead anymore, now i will do so again with the new firmware
 
GIve me now your HW SW ani ID details (the old one) in your receiver.

I loaded the clean thing 3 times half, then the new firmware and it works?

Totally new look to the menu with this firmware, could you tell me what this new patch does?
