Bought this from maplin as it was the cheapest sat meter I could find that would let me take the signal straight from the LNB. Anyone used one?? I intend to get a Horizon Digital Satellite Meter USB Plus for my business as that was what we used for training. �199 dosen't seem to bad. Anyone any feedback on either of these would be welcome, thanks. Are promax worth the thousands they cost??

The Nikkai looks like a clone of the Emitor Digisat Pro, not a professional meter, but good enough for aligning the odd duish here and there.

Haven't used the Horizon, but many people like them.

Yes the Promax and other professional spectrum analysers are worth the money, you need to know how to use and interpret the data given to make them earn their keep.
